Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order processing, and quality control
- Coordinate 15-person weekend team through shift scheduling, performance coaching, and conflict resolution
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend fulfillment efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handover of daily operations and data reporting
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse or logistics management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in high-volume operations
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Immediate availability to start within 7 days
