Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage inventory levels using our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure stock integrity.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on outgoing orders to minimize returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the shift lead and cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and data entry is essential.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Monday) on a consistent basis.
- Forklift certification is highly preferred; on-the-job training provided for certified candidates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
