Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately update inventory levels and order statuses.
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock organization as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics coordinators regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
