Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and identifying discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocol.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
