Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure shelves and storage areas are organized.
- Packaging & Labeling: Properly pack items for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate and compliant.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing orders meet quality standards before leaving the facility.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to optimize workflow during busy weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand instructions and safety guidelines.
