Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanning devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain organized workstations
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using electric pallet jacks
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
