Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, stock, and organize merchandise to maintain optimal warehouse conditions.
- Picking and Packing: Process customer orders with speed and precision, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and report any issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Shift Adherence: Commit to the full duration of the weekend shift (Fri-Sun) to ensure team continuity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic calculations for scanning and inventory checks.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
