Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow and order processing during night/weekend shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for real-time problem resolution
- Perform quality control checks and documentation audits
- Optimize logistics workflows using our proprietary WMS system
- Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
- Train new staff on shift-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
