Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to Illinois and surrounding regions.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Load and unload delivery trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Customer Support: Assist visitors and internal teams with picking and packing requests.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse software.
