Job Overview
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center operates smoothly. You will be responsible for the accurate handling of inventory and the timely preparation of shipments.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Process returns and maintain accurate inventory stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
