Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize warehouse inventory and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing packages.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in packing orders for local and regional delivery.
- Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor regarding inventory discrepancies.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be reliable and punctual for all scheduled weekend shifts.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
