Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package, label, and organize inventory with high accuracy to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and orders.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including verifying documents and checking contents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
