Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safe handling of materials.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and reduce shrinkage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
