Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
