Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated warehouse zones efficiently.
- Perform daily quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with packing orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies and workflow needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety guidelines and instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Nashville facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
