Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Update inventory records and manage stock rotation effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying weekend schedules, including Saturdays and Sundays.
