Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately sort, scan, and organize stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Scissor Lift) as certified and trained.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
