Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and scan items to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Stock Organization: Keep warehouse aisles organized and ensure products are properly shelved.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory handling.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
