Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Load and Unload:** Accurately pick, pack, and ship products to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage before processing and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a clean background check.
