Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, checking in, and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Execute order picking and packing operations efficiently and accurately to meet KPIs.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless weekend coverage.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory software or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
