Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect packaging for damage and ensure proper labeling of all outbound shipments.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (including holidays).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse floor, but preferred).
