Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team lead to resolve any workflow bottlenecks during shifts.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
