Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of merchandise using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to ensure safety standards are met.
- Execute inventory management tasks, including scanning, sorting, and organizing stock with high accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to process orders accurately and meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems or handheld scanners as required during shift hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service both in-person and over the phone.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile technology.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
