Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Verify shipment labels and documentation before processing.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Shift).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent life experience).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
