Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to daily schedules.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse shelves.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all items are correctly labeled.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow associates to meet productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use a barcode scanner.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
