Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Must have a reliable method of transportation to get to the Cleveland facility.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude.
