Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, errors, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area at all times in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock organization as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
