Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect products for damage and report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
