Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operating warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock rotation.
- Ensuring the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Performing basic quality checks on outgoing packages.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
