Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Load/unload trucks with efficient staging and organization protocols
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace through 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Reliable transportation for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS software
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Flexible availability for weekend nights with minimal schedule changes
