Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in the WMS system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer terminals to track shipment status.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
