Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems as required by training.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation.
