Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect, verify, and sort incoming and outgoing inventory with high precision.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure 100% accuracy on shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
