Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure proper organization of warehouse inventory.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damages, and process them into the warehouse system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform moderate physical labor.
- Documentation: Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
