Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Ensure seamless communication between day and night shift teams via handover protocols
- Monitor warehouse security and safety compliance during weekend hours
- Process customer orders and resolve inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend operations and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend workflows
- Train new weekend staff on operational procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
