As an essential team member, you'll ensure seamless warehouse operations, coordinate transportation logistics, and maintain inventory accuracy while working Saturdays and Sundays. Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics during weekend shifts
- Manage inventory control and cycle counting processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) safely
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational continuity
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Train and mentor weekend shift associates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
