Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to strict inventory control procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
