- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to streamline warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; a strong work ethic is valued over formal education.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Must have a valid ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
