Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack inventory to meet daily shipping targets.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely manage inbound and outbound freight using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and ensure stock levels are accurate in the WMS system.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to maintain a productive and safe workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a track record of attendance.
- Documents: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred for material handling equipment operation.
