What You'll Do:
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Execute pick and pack operations to ensure order accuracy and meet KPIs.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining inventory organization and storage systems.
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
- Reliable transportation to the Kansas City facility.
