Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process inbound and outbound merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure all quality control standards are met before shipping.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a commitment to full-time hours.
