Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and transport goods safely.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards (OSHA compliance).
- Collaborate with the shift lead to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Handle customer packages with care, ensuring proper labeling and routing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse duties but preferred).
