Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company and customer specifications.
- Shipping and Receiving: Receive inbound freight, verify shipments against purchase orders, and load outbound trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and report any hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shifts) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
