Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure inventory integrity.
- Inspect packages and identify any damages or quality issues before they leave the facility.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges on the floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
