- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet our high-quality standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently for safety and operational clarity.
