Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock merchandise to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday staff to ensure a smooth transition and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we highly welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organizational skills.
