Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records to minimize discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in accordance with all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy, ensuring only high-quality products reach our customers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company safety policies to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to meeting production goals are essential.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
