Your Role
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with our operations team to maintain a safe, organized, and productive facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, sorting, and shipping of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock to prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on speed and safety.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistical challenges and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (inventory management systems).
- Valid forklift certification is preferred.
