Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
