Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist with regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (comprehensive training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage and ensure packaging integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holiday shifts.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong attendance history.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
